The person who came over was terrific! My door stopped working last night and they were at my home by 10:A.M. the following morning. I had to replace two motors and he was able to replace them immediately. There were options that he gave me to choose from ranging in different prices. He fixed the doors in two hours and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are so upbeat and pleasant to work with.

It’s a big deal when you have a full day of appointments and activities planned and you can’t open your garage door!! A quick call to Precision lessened my anxiety. I was quickly given an appointment and choice of times as well as directions to open it manually. It’s clear that Precission values your time because I received a call from Brian Birchler, my service supervisor, letting me know where he was at that point in his jobs and when he would arrive. This bright young man was exceptional in every way! He assessed, explained and gave options for the repair. Once I chose, I was given a timeframe and courteous updates as work progressed. Kudos to Precission for attracting such talented employees and to Brian for 5 star plus work!

Our service technician, Etan, was knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He took the time to fully explain our repair options, and once we decided on the course of action, his work product was thorough and efficient. Like everything today, garage door opener parts and repair is a pricey undertaking, but we felt we received value for the cost of the repair. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door opener repair job. Note for purchase section below: We purchased new springs, cables and rollers. Ethan, the tech, was superb. He knew what he was doing and he knew how to explain why I needed the work he did. Not cheap. But I am confident that the door will work well for year. I would ask for Ethan if i needed any help with the other door, in the future.

Alex was great. It started with an email from the company confirming the appointment and then sending a bio and picture of the repair person who would visit. While there was a 4 hour window, they called to let me know when they would actually arrive and you could even track the driver. Amazing service. He explained the work to be done, worked to get a discount on something I was going to put off and completed the work right away. Overall it was a terrific experience.
