Soner is young, motivated, hard working individual. He grew up and went to school in Astoria, Queens NY. Soner always enjoyed working with his hands and tools which is why being in the garage door business is a day to day pleasure rather than just another day going to work. He loves to travel, seeing different countries, cultures, and meeting new people of the world . On his free time, he enjoys working on his project car and is mainly into the old school muscle cars. He has a rescue dog who he shares common interests with. They both love the great outdoors and love to spend time on a boat just cruising and fishing the Long Island sound. Soner finds great pleasure and satisfaction helping others. He enjoys challenges and likes to think that there are no problems but ONLY solutions.

Sonny just left our home! He did a superb job for us and we are lucky that Precision Overhead Door would come on a Saturday. Our cable snapped and the garage door folks that we always did business with “don’t work on a Saturday” - also, we “don’t do residential anymore but we can come on Monday”. Oh well … we have just located our new Garage Door company and we THANK YOU for coming on a Saturday and for the EXCELLENT work. We notice that the newer springs are of much better quality than what we originally had .. much stronger. Precision Door came to my home to fix my garage door and I can’t tell you how wonderful they are. It all started from the moment I called their headquarters/Customer Service, Jennifer picked up the phone and was extremely helpful. She gave me the next available appt and was so pleasant on the phone. The morning of my service, I received an email and a text message with a full profile and picture of the person that would be arriving at my home along with a link to a GPS to track your the “profiled” person. When the time came, in walked my “profiled” person, and his name was Soner. He was extremely knowledgeable, gave me an estimated bill for the fix (with options) on the spot within mins. He estimated it would be about two hours. NOPE- even BETTER, it was about 1 hour. My garage door was fixed and purred like a kitchen. THANK YOU Precision Door of Westchester and most importantly, Soner for fixing my garage door so fast on a freezing cold day. I highly recommend Soner and Precision Door!!!

Soner (Sonny) did a great job explaining the issues with my door - why it was "shimmying" and getting stuck on occasion. He quickly replaced the rollers and pullies that were old and had shot bearings. Now rolls perfectly and much more quietly with the new parts now available. If you need some help give them a call.

Precision Door is the ONLY company to call for you garage door issues. Soner was my technician. Prior to his arrival i received a text with his photo and a bio all about him! NEVER has a company done that before and i felt like a friend was coming to my home. Soner explained all that was wrong and the door needed a good 18 year old servicing as well as a broken spring. He explained everything in detail to me and showed me all the things i the door and keypad that I never knew ! Do not hesitate on calling Precision Door.
