This just might be the best company that I ever had the pleasure of dealing with in a long, long time! First of all, the company kept me updated as to the status of my appointment; I didn’t have to sit around all day waiting for the technician; both the company and he (Leonard) called me as he was on the way - and he was extremely prompt. And I didn’t have to worry about a scammer showing up; the company sent me Leonard’s photo along with a sweet bio. And I was so impressed with Leonard’s level of expertise; he resolved my immediate concern almost instantly. And, he alerted me as to a problem that will arise in the future, but put ZERO pressure on me to have his company resolve it now. In fact, he gave me helpful hints as to what I could do now to delay the problem from occurring; I was so impressed that he put my needs ahead of his company. It was such a pleasure dealing with such an honorable company; I will use them and only them, for any issues with my garages!

I had a great experience with Precision. They were quick to make a appointment and handled the repair the same day. I had a broke tension spring which they replaced within an hour or so. Mike the tech was really easy to work with and did a great job. He went over everything with me and was extremely polite and professional. He answered every question and concern I had. I cant recommend Precision enough for any garage needs.

Mirzobek was extremely friendly and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. 5. Excellent and clean installation of my openers. 6. I was very satisfied with Precision. The door spring snapped once I closed the garage door. I was very lucky because there was no safety cable and the spring and other parts could have flown about and caused damage to me and/or my car. . The technician installed new springs, cables, including safety cables, stronger parts that the cable slides on. The technician was polite and explained why he need to change the parts for everything to be safe.

Charlie was fantastic. He called in advance with an eta and was right on time. He surveyed the issues and explained the required repairs as well as the warranties. He completed the work efficiently and in a timely manner. Tested and lubricated all parts and cleaned up all debris. Charle was a pleasure to deal with. Additionally the office staff was great.
